At Eye Care Physicians & Surgeons, we can complete most insurance and Medicare billings for you. We accept payment by credit card, debit card, and cash or check.
Please contact your insurance carrier prior to making an appointment with us, as you may be required to obtain a referral from your primary care physician. Please remember to bring your insurance card(s) with you to each appointment. We accept Medicare assignments on all Medicare claims.
